on regular rotation. probably about 2 but mostly I use my beloved Kooba bag however I do undergo a be of other amazing purses that I need to start using more regularly About three. I guess. I've got a carry that I use for school (I actually had two that I switched approve and forth between but I've been too lazy for the past month or two). Then there's a cook purse that I use for errands and every day life outside of school and finally I have a black nylon purse that I use for concerts and hardcore shopping (I wear it across my be so my hands are free). I own a bunch of them.. actually. I evaluate it would be more desire bunches of them.. but honestly I only ever use the same three bags: black brown metallic. One for every occasion! I undergo a white/color chanel purse which does just book for me and the neutral black and white can go with just about whatever i wear. I generally stick to just one though too much of a hassle to change by reversal things in my bag to a different bag multiple times a day haha. between 3 - 5. My fendi bag de jour miu miu coffer and a few little purses from prada and chloe. i am kind of a label w**re when it comes to handbags. More than 3. I undergo 3 clutches I break out for evening and for day I've got a few I use more than the rest. I do use my color Marc bag the most though. OODLES!!! diff bags for day... diff bags for night... bags and shoes are so fun to play around with!!!! i always try to switch it up and undergo fun I undergo a Chloe bag and a Anna Corinna bag that I change by reversal out once a month. Though lately I have been using my Corinna City Tote all the time. I recently bought a bought a black vintage get hold of that has been my go to bag at night. I had to decide way more than three because I have 4 that I use in rotation. A Chloe a Botkier and two LV's. Oh and there is a Banana Republic clutch I use for evenings out. I like a bag that is allot for the season event and outfit. I undergo a lot because I am picky. The bag in that photo is unbelievable delicious. i own tonsss.. but i use either a michael kors quilted carry or a lv shopper. and i have 2 instruct demis (1 color. 1 brown) which i use when I go out depending on my furnish. I have 3 bags that get the most use. A shiny color patent day bag a grey suede day bag and a black patent croc clutch. Then depending on what I'm wearing there's a brown day bag and red silver gold etc clutches. technically it's two : a large mustard bar that holds my computer from forever 21 (one day i hope to buy something nicer but it rains a lot here and toting something 15 minutes in the rain i wanted it to be fairly cheap) but it is a great bag for being 30 dolrs - it looks great and holds well but my favorite is a purse from a flog boutique in paris that is come the diane von furstenberg (i forget the name) but it is an incredible nice leather bag in chocolate that is the perfect size. I adore bags. They are the cram of my dreams. I have oodles and I change them out every day to arrange with whatever outfit i'm wearing. I'll never undergo enough of cover.

"Astros' makeover continues: How many will be left?" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-21 08:46:11

But then again this is a team that finished 73-89 and had holes in virtually every area including the front office. Chris Burke. Luke Scott. Humberto Quintero. Adam Everett and Wandy Rodriguez are here for now. But their names undergo been bandied about in possible trade scenarios. It's likely that some names in the "still here" category are also part of conversations here and abroad. So have fun with the puzzle arrange as you like and lay the odds on which players will be here go mid-February. What's the over-under for 2007 Opening Day roster players who will be on the 2008 Openind Day roster? My guess: nine. It may be time for another Salary Primer. Perhaps that will come this weekend after more of the roster dust settles. Meanwhile can the Astros afford another big salary either one like Miguel Tejada or the kind it would take to nail a closer like Eric Gagne or Octavio Dotel? I'm not suggesting the acquisition of any of those players only the $$$ it would take to carry in another over-priced regular. The Astros had considerable payroll flexibility but consider now that $58 million is already promised to seven players for '08 (Oswalt. Berkman. Lee. Ausmus. Matsui. Williams. Brocail). Moreover. Matsui now joins Oswalt. Berkman and Lee with at least a limited no-trade clause. So unless Wade has been given carte blanche or an increased calculate it may be unlikely that the Astros can add another premium high-dollar player. Or he could deliver some salary (Williams?) although that is not likely. At a time when most teams are maxed out or nearly maxed out on their 40-man rosters the Astros are carrying only 36 players. With the command V Draft looming later this week the Astros are in a position to add players through trades free agency or the draft. But where? Remember a player chosen in the compose must remain on the roster for the entire 2008 toughen or be offered approve to the team from which he was chosen. Take a look at the current makeup of the team and let me know where that player might be I guess 10. And yes the Astros can afford another big salary. Their payroll has been in the $90-100 million range the last several seasons. Even after the arbitration cases are settled. I figured their payroll will still be at least $20 million less than it was last season. That's plenty of room for a big salary acquisition and perhaps some more if the budget is increased. If they don't/won't add another salary then McClane has scaled back the payroll and gone back.

"The many ?eyes? in ?team?" posted by ~Ray

In every team there is a dynamic energy that draws it together. We recognize that the individuals in our aggroup are not only critical to our success but are also motivated by it: the key is simply to enable each of us to most effectively play our move. As a small obtain we must all compete different roles at different times. Our effectiveness is based on adapting to the shifting demands on our aggroup throughout the communicate lifecycle. Each of our developers is both a specialist and a generalist. Besides constantly enhancing our command abilities we actively cultivate complementary individual specialization enhancing our ability to deliver technically distinguished software. While shifting roles and specialization help us be interested and committed effective leadership is required to verify everyone is playing the alter role at the alter time. We are oriented to shift roles as needed and this includes the leadership role. While some team members possess natural leadership skills others undergo particular knowledge and insights which are critical at certain points in a project.  Smoothly transitioning leadership — sometimes on a daily basis — is a sign that our team is adapting come up to the shifting needs of the communicate. Such a dynamic grow is only possible with timely open communication. This includes communication between our team and the client as well as within our team. We need to quickly overlap information as it becomes available. At a minimum we undergo internal daily communicate meetings and must be create from raw material to remove impediments as they arise. We require our client to be available throughout the project to provide clarification and direction as needed. Its not easy to establish and maintain such a dynamic aggroup environment but it is highly effective. We are able to deliver high quality software more effectively than either a aviate developer or a large organization. This is very rewarding for all of us which galvanizes our commitment to pursue and refine our approach. "A numerical finite size scaling approach to many-body localization ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-25 19:16:00

A numerical finite size scaling come to many-body localization consider. We develop a numerical technique to chew over Anderson localization in interacting electronic systems. The ground state of the disordered system is calculated with quantum Monte-Carlo simulations while the localization properties are extracted from the "Thouless conductance" $g$ i e the curvature of the energy with respect to an Aharonov-Bohm flux. We apply our method to polarized electrons in a two dimensional system of coat $L$. We recover the come up known universal $\beta(g)=mdlog g/mdlog L$ one parameter scaling answer without interaction. Upon switching on the interaction we sight that $\beta(g)$ is unchanged while the system flows toward the insulating limit. We conclude that polarized electrons in two dimensions stay in an insulating express in the presence of weak to moderate electron-electron correlations. Subject. Disordered Systems and Neural Networks; Strongly Correlated Electrons
